This because the copper cable will disappear within a few years and your home already will have an optical fibre connection point. It is also useful for the next resident who might switch to another internet provider.

  • Did you receive a letter and/ or card regarding the free optical fibre connection point? Please check under the header “I have received a letter and/ or card, what do I have to do?”
  • Did you not receive a letter and/ or card? Perhaps we do not have permission from the owner, VvE or housing association yet. It may also be that the area where you live is not ready to receive a signal yet. If you are not scheduled, we ask you to wait patiently until you receive a letter and/ or card at home.
